Employer Application Process

Discover how easy Link Services Group makes the employment process. Our services range from recruitment, training and on-boarding to helping organisations access government subsidies and grants.

STEP 1: Employer Service Agreement


Attached below is an employer service agreement that explains our work process and all terms. All you have to do is sign and send it back. Simple as that.

STEP 2: Wish List Screening Preferences


Once we've received your signed employer service agreement, we'll request a wish list explaining the exact type of applicant you're looking for.

We utilise a unique interview process with our job seekers, meaning we source a lot more information than a general CV would contain.

You can specify the exact interests, ages, ethnicities and languages that you need in an applicant.  Other things we can screen for include:

- Age
- Gender
- Race
- Willing to prepare meat/pork for clients
- Distance willing to travel to shifts
- Hours they are REALLY available!
- Willing to work with clients smoking
- Phobias/Fears/Allergies
- Shared hobbies/interests with your client
- Personality type
- Physical appearance: tattoos & body size
- Qualifications

We begin our review process as soon as your wish list has been submitted. We screen hundreds of candidates to find one that meets your exact specifications.

We handle all the hard stuff. That handle any tasks a HR team requires, including:

  • Attending interviews

  • Reference checking

  • Responding to training companies

  • Responding to employment agencies

  • Attending disciplinary meetings as a witness
